This privacy policy explains the information collection, use and sharing practices of Inkluzon Technologies. It defines our data protection and privacy requirements to ensure that processing of personal data shall be done in a manner that protects the privacy of the users of our Mobile applications.

This Policy shall be applicable to all our employees, agents, users, contractors, subcontractors, partners who shall access or otherwise receive personal data from our applications. The policy covers personal data collected and used by us for lawful business purposes and, where applicable, data lawfully shared with any relevant third party.     Information You Provide Directly to Us

    We will collect any information you provide to us through our app registration services e.g. when you create an account for use of our application (s), make a donation or purchase, use the app or transact on the app, contact us or provide feedback or subscribe to our social media links. This information may include but is not limited to your name, picture, email address, phone numbers, mailing address, profession, next of kin information, payment information and your geographic or administrative location.

    Information that Is Automatically Collected

    We may automatically collect certain information about the device you are using you use to access the application Services. We may collect and analyze device information such as IP addresses, location information (by country and city), unique device identifiers, IMEI and TCP/IP address, browser types, browser language, operating system, mobile device carrier information, and information related to the ways in which you interact with the Services. This includes and is not limited to pages and content you view, statistical information about the use of mobile and web app services, the date and time you used the Services, the frequency of use, error logs, and other trail information created during app usage. We may also collect data about your use of the Services through the use of Internet server logs and online tracking technologies, like cookies and/or tracking pixels.

    Information from Third Parties

    To the extent permitted by law, we may also collect information from third parties, including your principal (where you are an agent), public sources, social media platforms, and marketing and market research firms. Depending on the source, this information collected from third parties could include name, contact information, demographic information, information about an individual’s employer, information to verify identity or trustworthiness, and information for other fraud or safety protection purposes.

    1. Explicit consent shall be obtained from the data subject at the time of collection or registration
    2. The collection of personal data shall be limited to the minimum required data for the specific purpose and the methods of collecting personal data shall be reviewed to ensure that personal data shall be obtained:
      1. Fairly, without intimidation or deception, and
      2. Lawfully, adhering to laws and regulations relating to the collection of personal data.

    3. Personal data shall not be used or disposed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with the consent of the individual or as required by law.
    4. Data subjects shall be notified of the reason (if any) for denial of requests for access to personal data to the extent required by applicable law, within a defined period as prescribed by law.
    5. Inkluzon Technologies shall, for each app, process customer personal data for the following purposes:
      1. Granting access/registration to application services;
      2. Processing/executing orders;
      3. Referral services; and
      4. Related payments;
      5. Complying with applicable laws or regulations;
      6. Performing analytics to improve customer experience
      7. Handling queries and complaints
      8. Crime or fraud detection, prevention, investigation and prosecution.
      9. For such other lawful purposes as may arise from time to time
    6. Inkluzon Technologies shall process personal data for its employees, Directors and shareholders only for legitimate purposes to the extent permitted by law. This includes processing related to their duties, Legal & regulatory compliance, Audit and Fulfilment of contractual obligation.

    7. System Security standards shall be implemented to the extent possible to ensure reasonable security of personal data collected
    8. We shall monitor compliance with the privacy policy and procedures and have mechanisms to address privacy related complaints and disputes.
  6. When we disclose your information

    1. Personal data may be exchanged with a data controller, data processor or other Third parties who are critical to the fulfilment of the identified lawful business or who perform services on our behalf. This may include payment companies, logistics provider to fulfil a service ordered by you, customer support partners, data storage partner, data analystor legal service provider

    2. Business transfers – based on the business model for each application service, fulfilment of a business transaction may involve transfer or sale of assets in which personally identifiable information may be embedded for contact, due diligence or other purposes.

    3. We may disclose your information with current or future affiliated companies

    4. We may disclose de-identified or aggregated data for any purpose to third parties, including advertisers, promotional partners, and/or others. For purposes of clause 4(i, ii, iii & iv) above, the application(s) users, by accessing, registering and transacting on the app will be assumed to have given their consent for such lawful exchange of their personal data.

  7. Data Retention

    We retain the information we collect for as long as necessary to fulfill the identified lawful business purpose of each of our application services, or as long as we are legally required or permitted to do so. Information may persist in copies made for backup and business continuity purposes for additional time.

    As a data subject, you shall have the following rights:
    1. The right to be granted access to your personal data held by Inkluzon Technologies.
    2. The right to rectification of inaccurate personal data
    3. The right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’).
    4. The right to restriction of processing.

    We will continue to evaluate this Privacy Policy and our Terms & conditions as we update and expand our Services, and we may make changes accordingly.
